SIMPLE Self-Assessments

Range of motion check

Do you experience pain with any movement?

Is there numbness or tingling that goes down the arm?

Do you feel a difference when comparing two sides?

Chin Tuck Hold

Does it feel painful to lift your neck?

Do you notice any increased numbness or tingling or referred pain down the arm?

Can you hold for 30 seconds without shaking/pain?

Shoulder Circle Test

Do you feel a difference between one side vs the other?

Do you notice increased numbness or tingling down the arm?

Do you notice restrictions in a specific direction?
