Grip Endurance Test (Farmer carry or towel hang)
Do you feel pain when gripping or as time passes?
Does your grip feel different one side versus the other?
Do you start to feel your biceps or shoulder kick in to help?
Weight bearing Position (Bear)
Can you comfortably put weight into your arm?
Does it feel different one side versus the other?
Do you have pain or instability when you add more weight?
Controlled Push-Up Position
Are you able to perform the full exercise?
Do you notice pain or instability throughout the movement?
Do you start to compensate to take pressure off the injured arm?
