The Rehab Lab is a instructionals library created BY GRAPPLERS, FOR GRAPPLERS.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re tired of feeling stuck between “rest it” and to stop training (BAD ADVICE). The problem is when you go to the doctor - what you usually get is another rushed appointment, generic rehab sheet, or someone who doesn’t understand the demands of jiu jitsu. What you’re looking for is answers that actually make sense for your body & your injuries to get back to the mats ASAP.
These instructionals are built specifically for jiu jitsu athletes who are tired of guessing.
With each instructional, you’ll find a set of exercises focused on maximizing joint health, along with video explanations. Attached to each instructional is a short self-assessment to see if your injury is normal or something more serious.
Our goal with the Rehab Lab is to give you more options, more clarity, and a better understanding of what you can actually do when you get injured. Even though this isn’t 1-on-1 rehab, having some guidance right at your fingers tips will be a huge relief.
